The 8th Element, founded by Srividya Gowri, is a product of her transformation journey. Srividya is a University Gold Medallist in Nutrition, Food Service Management & Dietetics, and a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 graduate from Canada.
Srividya, a mother of 2 teenage girls, started her fitness journey soon after the birth of her second child. Through these several years of her education, experience in helping other people and her own transformation, she has enriched her skillsets even further.
The 8th Element is designed to bring forth her knowledge and experience to help her clients achieve their wellness goals holistically and analyses the client’s progress through a whole host of daily practical tools. The “Track2Transform” tool is one such key offering.

Srividya started out as a Half Marathoner and later switched to Strength training with specific interest in Powerlifting. While running helped improve her endurance skills, Strength training coupled with balanced nutrition helped her emerge stronger and improve her overall fitness and aesthetics. Srividya is a National level Powerlifter having won the Silver Medal in National Powerlifting Competition held in Coimbatore, Jan 2018 and several District and State championships over the last 2 years. These achievements have come as a result of embracing several key attributes and habits that make up the overall fiber of the individual.
